The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, the Ministry of Finance and other five departments recently issued the Action Plan for Accelerating the Green and Low Carbon Innovative Development of Electric Power Equipment (referred to as the Plan).
The Plan proposes to promote the industrialization of crystalline silicon solar cell technologies such as TOPCon, HJT, IBC, perovskite
, and laminated cell module technologies, carry out research and application of new high-efficiency low-cost photovoltaic cell technologies, and carry out pilot demonstration and industrial application of intelligent photovoltaic.
Hydrogen production using perovskite photocathode and lignocellulosic biomass
In addition, value-added chemicals such as vanillin and acetylvanillin are produced by selective depolymerization of lignin in lignocellulosic biomass, while cellulose remains almost intact for further utilization. This research paves the way for improving the hydrogen production rate of solar energy and realizing the effective utilization of lignocellulosic biomass at the same time.
