Recently, certified by the National Photovoltaic
Industry Measurement and Testing Center, Guangdong Vein Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Vein Energy) achieved a conversion efficiency of 22.86% on a 30cm*30cm large-size perovskite photovoltaic
module, which is currently the highest reported in the world. value . This is after Vein Energy achieved conversion efficiencies of 20.79% and 21.50% in June and August, it used mass-produced raw materials and process technology to once again set the world's highest conversion efficiency for large-area perovskite
modules , setting the stage for the completion of a 100MW-class module in 2024. The production line successfully reached production and laid a technical foundation.
Controlling the crystallization dynamics of large-area perovskite films and high-quality interconnection of module sub-cells are the keys to obtaining high-efficiency modules. Vein Energy precisely controls the nucleation and crystallization process of large-area coated perovskite films through component engineering, solvent engineering and additive engineering, and prepares large-grained, highly dense perovskite films; based on laser precision processing With a deep understanding and a unique design concept, we can effectively reduce the width of the laser scribing dead zone and achieve high-quality interconnection between sub-cells, and finally obtain high-efficiency, large-area perovskite photovoltaic modules. This time, the company used large-area perovskite photovoltaic module mass production technology to achieve a new high in conversion efficiency, reflecting Vein Energy's deep technical reserves and extraordinary technology iteration speed.
Currently, the company is continuing to carry out research and development work to improve the efficiency of large-size perovskite photovoltaic modules, as well as third-party certification and outdoor empirical testing of module stability. At the same time, the construction of a 100MW mass production line and a GW-level production base is also underway. The program is advancing, and it is planned to complete the construction of a 100MW large-area (1.2m*1.6m) perovskite module production line in the middle of next year, reach production by the end of the year, and achieve a module conversion efficiency of 20%.
