A stable and viscosity adjustable perovskite ink was prepared by using ammonium methylacetate ionic liquid solvent and was successfully screen printed. The control of the thickness, area and patterns on different substrates of perovskite thin films is demonstrated. The printing speed of more than 20cm/s and the ink utilization rate of nearly 100% are realized. At the same time, we have successfully explored a device for completely screen printing in ambient air with one machine. The corresponding photovoltaic cells show high efficiency, and the initial efficiency of 96.75% can be maintained after 300 hours of operation at the maximum power point.
