Recently, certified by China Institute of Metrology, Shenzhen Infinite Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (SHENZHEN INFINITE SOLAR TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.) independently developed a 100.53mm2 perovskite solar cell with a maximum photoelectric conversion efficiency of 24.67%, which once again refreshed the area. World record for photoelectric conversion efficiency of single-junction perovskite solar cells. This is the third single cell that Infinite Light Energy has refreshed within a year, following the efficiency record for translucent perovskite cells (22.3%) in February 2022 and the efficiency record for flexible perovskite cells (23.6%) in March 2022.
